This product has always worked great in my printer and I like how easy I can replace it, it is clean and no ink mess to deal with. I have found that the cartratage holds enough ink that after the printer says it is low I can still use it for another week at least. I have found that this ink works well on any paper product I have used it on so far. I have also used it while printing my pictures, and I feel I recieve Photo print quality. In closing I like this product very much and I will contune to use it in the future.

I have an older Dell computer and printer and I order these often. I like the color and everything about the cartridges, however, I do think for the price they should last much longer than they do. I find with my Dell printer, that I cannot use any of the generic toner cartridges, they do not work even if I try to over-ride them. I do love staples because they carry everything.

Dell Ink Cartridges are easy to install in my printer, however the ink seems to run out prematurely. I wish that the ink cartridges were available in sets of two or more in order to decrease the price. One pro, is the money obtained for returning empty cartridges and being a card member that offers a 15% discount on ink purchases.

I have always bought this product, I have tried others; however they don't have the quality that dell does, also dell is a lot cleaner to replace, no ink left on copies or on your hands. Besides being a little on the expensive side; having to print a re alignment paper after every cartridge replacement waste a lot of the ink and should not have to be done unless there is a problem. The one thing that really bothers me about this cartridge is that it will tell you you are out of ink when in fact you can print numerous documents, I never change cartridges until I notice that it is no longer printing

For the high price you'd think that the ink would last longer. Instead, Dell makes you buy an even higher priced version if you want the ink to have any lasting power.

I am leary about using anything other than Dell ink. Don't want to interfere with the good service I've had with my Photo 964 printer. It's very convenient to be able to purchase Dell cartridges at Staples.
