The Dell ink is a good, high quality brand, however it is expensive for the little amount you get. I usually have to replace my cartridges once a month and I am not one to print a lot of items. I don't print photos or many color documents. The ink is pretty expensive and I try to buy only when I have a 20% off coupon. When I purchase a new printer I will be looking for one that has less expensive ink and one that uses an ink that you get more of for less or equal price to the Dell 11 ink cartridges.

Our little Dell printer does a fine job for us but, the cartridges sure do not last long. Thanks you Staples for having the cartridges we need. It is much better than orde4ring from Dell, as we first had to do.

This product has come through for me numerous times over the years, for photographs of places and people, and for documents and newsletters. I have not had any complaints, except once when the cartridge seemed to be defective. In that case Staples replaced it for me at no extra charge. If anyone needs good sharp blacks in their printing this is a great product. My printer is a Dell AIO #948, which I have had for probably ten years, and always used Dell Series 11 for my printing needs.

Even though I pay a little more for Dell, I still love the easy convience of getting my Cartridges either on line or by going to Staple's. I love the ease of changing them also. The copies always come out clean, bright and bold.

your dell 11 black and color are a little pricy but perfect. Its a shame that no other stores sell them but you guys. Are they going out of business or becoming obsolete? I use it for personal and business. But if you go without using it for a while then restart to use it. The ink will become faded when printing out. This is the first time it ever happen to me since I had the printer. I think you should sell dell 11 series at more store locations to make it convienient for the customers. Please respond if there becoming obsolete.
