This printer is great I bought it at a staples store, and have always bought replacement ink at Staples stores, I often buy my paper and other office products at staples, But some Staples employees are snotty rude at times and have even had some employees walk away from me while I am asking a question about new products, So I just leave the items I was going to purchase from staples and go elsewhere. Some Staples employees have no people skills or they are just plain hateful people all the time. Sometimes I don't shop at staples because of the way Staples employees treat there Customers, But Staple does have great products and always seem to have products in stock, I was shopping for new windows 8 computer lab top and new home computer with new printer and other items and a Rude nasty hateful staples employees couldn't answer my questions Instead he demonstrated his Unwillingness to help me, VERY Nasty attitude So I just put that lab top and other items back on shelves and shopped else where, Why is Staples allowing its employees to conduct themselves in such an UNPROFFESIONAL Manner, I will shop at a different Staples store from now on.

My biggest complaint would be that the cartridge life is to short for the cost of the cartridge. The cartridge is easy to install, and comes in a clean package. We also use the color kx703 cartridge. Tones and colors are fairly sharp. We print photos now and then, they come out sharp and clear most of the time. Great for everyday documents. I would probably recommend this product to a friend. I use the black ink cartridge on a daily basis. Mainly for buisness, but also personal use. Again the cost is pricey for the short cartridge life.

Way too much ink left in cartridge after copier indicator says the toner is empty. Also is extremely expensive to purchase both colored and black.

Excellent quality Ink. Pros and Cons are that the cartridge could hold more ink for the price.

This is very good ink. Printing is always sharp. One thing I really don't like is that it always says that the cartridge is empty at least a month before it really does run out.

The product has worked well so far. There should be an indication on the package of an estimate of
how many pages can be expected from the cartridge.
This information would help a buyer decide whether to get the item or to get another cartridge with a higher page capability. I note that at the end of this survey is a box offering the opportunity to add the review to Facebook. I want nothing to do with Facebook because of numerous privacy issues, such as others looking up the user and searching for information that the user would prefer to keep private.

Why don't you have coupons for Dell cartridges? All I ever see are HP coupons.
