This product works well. It is easy to remove to clean the print heads. This is not a refurbished print cartridge and lasts for at least two months with daily usage, longer when less printing is done. It produces sharp clean text and graphs (no smearing on the graph lines). It is also cheaper to buy this product at Staples than it is to buy direct from Dell. It is comparable to other ink cartridges I have used in the past and much superior to refurbished ink cartridges I have purchased.
