I am glad that Staples carries the Dell line. Just wish it was cheaper. or that I knew how to reink ith cartridge myself. On the other hand I'm glad it last as long as it does.

This is the first time I have ordered from Staples, as I generally order directly from Dell. Your delivery was timely and well packaged. The product was in good condition and performed as I hoped. Staples is a few dollars less expensive, so I will continue to order my ink from Staples.

This dell cartridge is easy to change, clean and does a great job on the dell A960 all in one printer. The printer is 9 years old and this cartridge is clear, crisp and clean. A little pricey for the life but is a good value.

When I purchase this product straight from Dell, my printer does not show I am low on ink. This happens when I purchase the ink from Staples. It's a real problem if your selling a true Dell product? this should not happen! What is the problem.

I have tried substitutes and ink fillers, but they don't last half as long. I have found that it is best to stick with the name-brand product to get the best quality. I expect the ink to last a long time and to not fade quickly. I am pleased with the product, but I wish that it was more readily available. The black ink is very dependable, but the colored ink does not last as well. It seems to fade sooner. The price is fairly comparable with other brands, but I still think that it is a little high. I would still stick to the Dell brand for my Dell computer.
