    Product is reasonably price -- but not cheap. Staples is the only place I've found it other than dell.com. When you take into account shipping costs, Staples price is comparable, if not a little less. The convenience factor also plays a part--don't have to place an order & hope you get it before your cartridge runs dry!

    Do wish that Staples would run specials on the Dell ink cartridges like the do on the HP products.

              I print a LOT! It would be great if the cartridges held more ink. It is a great inconvience to have to stop and change the cartridge. I have always returned the cartridges and I will continue to do so. By doing that, I get a little return on my next purchase of ink which is very important to me. I would like to see the ink be less expensive because I KNOW that many people are buying ink everyday. If it was more economical, more people might change to Dell printers. One idea I had was to give senior citizens, 60+, a break in the cost. Another idea I had was to give more of a break to those that use more and buy more often.
