    I have never had a problem & I only bought them from Staples. Sorry to say, the printer is about to crash & so now I have to use up 'all' of my ink. I want the cartridge empty before I recycle it.

        REPLACING 4 DIFFERENT INKS GETS EXPENSIVE BUT AT LEAST WITH THE RECYCLING PROGRAM AT STAPLES THERE IS SOME MONEY REBATE. WHAT A GREAT PROGRAM AS SOMETIMES IF I AM NOT USING MY PRINTER AND THE INK DRIES-UP--AT LEAST I GET SOME CREDIT THROUGH THE RECYCLING PROGRAM

          I found this product quite by accident after buying a Dell printer on promotion. The ink itself works very well, however I am always running out of ink and replacing the cartridges. The ink levels reveal after installation that they are 95% full and not 100%. I have printed some graphics and the colors seem to be true. The price on these cartridges are very reasonable and they are easily available. My biggest complaint is the yield and I wish that a larger yield was available in the store as I would definitely buy it.

          My printer is great, but the ink is expensive and hard to find. Mostly you have to order it or find a staples because Dell is stingy with who sells their ink... Might not buy Dell next time because ink is not affordable or easy to get. But if you need it you need it.
