This toner was easy to install. My only problem was the store did not have in stock and had to order. I live in a small town and had to make another trip to pick it up.

I always purchase my cartriges from Staples. I've shopped around for the same type of cartrige elsewhere, and I have yet to find it at a more reasonable price.

I use the product in my business as a tax accountant. The lazer cartridge results are great but it prints fewer copies than stated in the product description. It runs out quicker than expected, typically in the middle of a print job, making another trip to the store necessary to complete the project. Apparently longer life Dell cartridges are only available on line.
