Comments about Dell� 1720N Imaging Drum Kit:

This product was extremely easy to install. My printer completely quit working because I needed to replace the drum cartridge. I was unable to buy a replacement locally. Ordered it online and Staples offered next-day shipping so I was back in business right away. Printing is a large part of my home-based business so this was an added plus. The cartridge was quickly replaced and I was "back in business". Staples' customer service was also excellent. I would also mentioned that I had priced this item at another local office products company and Staples' price at least 1/3 less.
