        I bought another brand at another store and filled it up...saw this one at Staples a little bit cheaper so I bought it, but it didn't compare to the first one I bought. Should have returned it right away when the zipper was sticking from the beginning, but I didn't want to drive all the way back to the store.

                    I'm very disappointed with my last purchase of Ticonderoga Pencils!! The lead is not centered and so no matter how much you sharpen them they don't write well because a sliver of wood is blocking the lead. Now I find out that my Ticondergora's are no longer Made In The USA.

                    This was a problem we never had with Ticonderoga Pencils made in the United States. It was my one and only reason for purchasing them – the fact that the lead was always center and that every single pencil sharpened straight and centered.

                    NO MORE!
