Comments about Dymo DateMark Date/Time Stamper:
Got one for myself to better track paperwork. Higher ups liked it so much they asked me to order them for our other offices.

About Me Quality Oriented
Was great when first got it. After awhile though, it started to print gibberish that did not make sense on printing. Generally like it though.
Dymo DateMark Does It All!
By Flo
from Port Hueneme
This little wonder has many functions, eliminating desk clutter. It's ergonomic design has saved my wrists from carpal tunnel, since I stamp a multitude of items I receive daily. It takes up little space, has the time, an alarm to remind me of important deadlines and appointments, my boss loves the efficiency! I'm not sure how I functioned without it!
Easy to use, but lost its mind.
By Teresa
from Okanogan, WA
This item worked great when I first got it. Then the rubber print strip got stuck. After it was reset, it has never printed correctly again. But,it is very easy to use and there are many options such as "In, Out, Rcvd, Paid" that make it a great value. As much as it cost it would be nice if it lasted longer.
This product does not hold up well
By Debbie

I have to time date and stamp everything in our department. The stamp has not held up for more than a year at a time.

Lasted one year; I am buying another
By Espo
from Phoenix, AZ
About Me Value Oriented
As a physician, this stamp helped me keep up with the onerous government regulations of dating and timing every piece of paper that I have to fill out every time I see a patient. Whenever I admit a patient to the hospital, I have to sign my name, and date and time documents THIRTEEN times. My stamp lasted one year...I am buying another one as soon as I finish this rating.

Not good for long term use
By MLC
from Dorr, Michigan
This unit after purchase has a one year warranty with the manufacturer and it does not last long after the one year. The free arm that prints the information stops working after the one year.

What a confusion
By Tootie
from Bronx, NY
This was purchased to clock in paperwork at the front desk of a busy office. It worked for a day and then the ink was fading and the battery failed. No one knew exactly how to reset it, so we had to wait for someone to find the book that came with it.Don't buy this, it will not work for very long.Expensive waste of time.

Complete failure of user interface
By morville
from Boston, MA
This product is a complete failure of user interface. It has the hardest to understand set up I have ever encountered for a piece of electronics. And I am speaking as someone who has training setting up and programing video/audio equipment. The uses for the buttons and various modes are entirely unintuitive and unhelpfully labeled. God help you if you lose the instructions. Not that they were very helpful, as it still took me 30 mins. to program it for our secretary. Parts of the instructions were even inaccurate. Also, when I did figure out how to change the settings, the buttons only worked some of the time. Once you have it programed it prints OK I guess. It has an alarm feature but we found it complicates the user interface and our secretary has never needed it. I cannot believe this product costs [$]. The plastic and rubber is frankly cheap. I wouldn't have guessed it cost more that $30, tops. Please save yourself some aggravation and don't buy this worthless product.

Easy way to document using this stamper
By Leasing Agent
from Rupert, Idaho
Very easy to use on every piece of paper that crosses the desk. Four different choices as far as message. Challenging to set up as the set up does not follow the step by step instructions. Once that is figured out....watch out. Everything that crosses the desk gets stamped!
