It is working out great.....it is battery operated so it's easy to move from one room to another ....and best of all it turns off automatically if not in use after a few seconds.

The scale should convert to all ounces. It should come with a check/calibration weight. Other than that it's a really nice little unit. Super easy to use & very compact. Looks great on your desk too! All though I hate the saying "for the money", for the money, this is a great buy. The display is big, bright & easy to read.

I would recommened getting the 5lb scale over the 3lb scale. The price difference is minimal and well worth spending the few extra bucks to get the 5lb. It even came with batteries :) It is extremely light. I use this to ship things and is extremely easy to read, and use. I always shop at the 86th St. & B'way location in NYC and the store is well organized, staffed with courteous people, and big in size so it is easy to maneuver around without knocking into people. I would highly recommened this product!!

small and compact takes up little to no space.
