Looks good. As advertized. Spikes to prevent walking look to short to work well. I am under 240 pounds and I sink into the mat in less than one hour. I keep shifting around trying to stay on a flat part of the mat but it does not work.

I tried several chair mats before finding this one. I have been using it for a month and it does not show any signs of cracking. I would definitely recommend this chair mat if you don't want to spend more than $100.
