        You do get what you pay for. We purchased these for state testing, and unfortunately, some of the pencils did not have the lead/graphite in them. When we went to sharpen them, we would go through the entire pencil, looking for a point. Otherwise these pencils do work as needed, but a few just don't have any lead.
