This mat fits perfectly in my L-shaped workspace, but my chair tends to "sink in" to the carpet and make it kind of hard to roll around. I've had it for about a month now and it has not cracked or showed any signs of wear. Stays put very well.

Bought three of these and all three only lasted 7 - 8 months before we threw them out. The plastic cracked in several places, which made it definitely NOT a smooth rolling surface.

It is just annoying that I have to keep rolling my chair off of it so I can straighten it out. It slides to the right everyday and then buckles out as it hits my desk leg!

It's a good value, for a small space. This mat isn't huge, but for a small space, it does a great job. Chair rolls smoothly over it and it does protect the floor, without calling attention to the mat.

We purchased this item to put in a sales office with very low matte carpet, but mostly to protect the carpet and for the desk chair to roll more easily! It works great and was a good price. Fit our need perfectly! We have not had them very long, so can't comment on crack resistence or discoloring!

I should have paid more attention to the listed size. This mat is very adequate for its intended use, but previous mat was a little larger and so left a bit of carpet looking newer than the rest.
