This is the second organizer that I have bought. The first one cracked in the front and the first tier is now useless. I bought a second one because I like that it is clear and mounting it is easy. I can display information for our customers and use it to organize the paperwork for our three main business units into each folder. The size is perfect for us. The depth of each tier is not too wide or too small. Our customers, staff, and I like it because it is clear and does not cover the items we have in each tier. Please recommend to Rubbermaid to take off the "unbreakable" description on their label.

I decided to try this item for sorting my mail every day. It's easy to lose important papers and bills when they are stuffed in my mailbox along with catalogues, ads, and requests for contributions. I usually tried to sort through everything by putting mail in separate stacks on the kitchen table and then hoping I would not lose the important stuff. With this organizer I can separate the mail and see it easily with the clear plastic sections. I like that it can be wall mounted or set on a table so it doesn't take up too much room.
