This product is used to print presentations, regional goals & plans, and training materials as well as certificates, proposals and letterhead. The result is excellent clarity, sharp tones and professional appearance for an inkjet. It is difficult to see the difference with a laser printer.

After installing this cartridge a window appeared saying that the new cartridge was empty. This happened the last time I ordered and replaced the Photo Black TO54120 cartridge and you sent me a replacement. The last one only lasted a very short time and I hope this time it was just a printer message in error. Have you had any other reports of problems like this?
