Bad news

Comments about EPSON T060220 Ink Cartridge; Cyan:
What ever microprocessor is in this cartridge, it registers as empty while there is still ink which you can hear by shaking the cartridge. Inexplicably, you cannot print if any cartridge is empty. e.g. if cyan is empty, you still cannot print a black and white document. These cartridges and the epson CX4800 are such bad news.
Trouble reight away

Twice so far in the week since it was installed it has failed to print, requiring a cleaning of the print heads which is a waste of the other inks. This shouldn't happen with an expensive original equipment ink.
Too soon to tell...

Just bought it so it's too soon to attempt a valid rating. It installed easily though and seems to dry easily. I'll know more when its used moe.
Very poor value

The all-in-one machine concept is GREAT, but this is not the product that delivers on the hopes of a machine that will stand the test of time.Hopefully, the generations AFTER the Epson CX3810 have improved on performance and sustainability for the users and the environment.Knowing then what I know now, I would have opted for another model or another brand all together. The worst feature of all with this model is that if ONE cartridge is empty none of the other working ones are allowed to keep the device working.

After 7 years, the printer works great

I've had the Epson CX7800 printer since 2005 and it is still doing great. I have only used Epson ink cartridges in the printer. I don't know how recycled cartridges would have worked, but I know that the Epson cartridges have worked well.

I have to drive 25 minutes away to buy my Epson ink cartridges. Because they are the only ones I will use.
What's not to like?

A factory ink cartridge is--a factory ink cartridge. BUT may I comment on my most recent print order? The new lightweight "cartons" with the fold-up sides have very flimsy handles, one of which broke before I could get through the parking lot. The little see-through window boxes are far superior for the purpose and easier for the staff as well, from my observation. The "Bottom Line" below is re the ink, not the box.
