I really like how easy it is to change cartridges. I also like the fact that I have never had a cartridge leak. Further, I think that Staples is on track with recyling the used cartridges.

Too expensive and you can't get these cartriges refilled. If I had known that, I might have looked into a different brand of printer.

The only complaint I have is the fact that all the color and black do not need replacement at the same time. I understand why the black would last longer. But, I do not understand why the color cartridges need to be replaced at different times. I, also, do not understand why all the colors are used, if you choose to print in black and white. On another note, it would be great if the 69 (color/black) cartridges could be replaced with 68 High-capacity (black, only).
