I like my Epson printer an all the different services it performs and the printing quality is good it just seem like just about the time I need to do a lot of printing jobs for me I am having to replace one or more of the cartridges so I either have to go get a new cartridge or put my work on hold until I do.

Most of my printing is documents, so I don't understand why I have to replace the magenta, cyan and yellow ink cartridges in my old Epson printer as often as my high-capacity black one.

Sure, the cartridges work fine on the extremely rare case when I print color. But why do they run out so quickly? And when they do, I can't print anything. Maybe it's time to go to Staples and get a newer model - preferably black only, if there is one?

Don't be tempted to get imitation cartridges. I did this on my old printer, and the result was that I had to purchase a new printer. The numbering system on the Epson cartridges makes it so easy to repurchase the cartridges ... Especially when you are in a hurry. I have never encountered any problem whatsoever with any Epson cartridge I have purchased. I am totally satisfied with the products and will use nothing else with my Epson printer. Don't use cheap replacements ... You'll be sorry!
