I like not having to replace the cartridge too often. I'm not a heavy user so my cartridge lasted 6 months.

The high capacity part of the cartridge descriptions leaves a little still to be proven. Actually, if this is high capacity, then the other must be very low. Printing on the inkjet is more expensive than a laser printer, and the primary expense is the ink, fitting in with the policy of selling the printer cheaply and ink at a premium. The report on the ink levels almost always indicates that one of the cartridges is low even when the printing is primarily black, the others get used in any number of ways. The machine stops working even when the particular color is not being used.

I have no problem with the cost of the item; however, the cost of shipping and handling was really excessive! Almost $10.00 to ship one ink cartridge? Had I known that, I would have driven the 35 miles to the nearest Office Depot to purchase the item.

I thought I could use the smaller black cartridges in my printer. After trying two Black #69 cartridges that I had on hand and my printer wouldn't work I went to Staples and got this cartridge and my printer worked again.

While I know I have choices, we have an Epson printer so we go with Epson ink. It is very easy to replace and clean to replace which is wonderful. I don't use the printer to print pictures so I don't know how the ink would stand up to doing that sort of work, I do however print a lot of documents that I use for my job and the cartridges (as long as they are heavy duty use) seem to withstand the business. Compared to other ink cartridges, it's not overly expensive - about middle of the road. I would recommend this to others who have an epson printer.
