    I use the Epson WP-4540 and love it. It isn't a photo printer but prints all images for paper printing wonderfully.

    It is very easy to change the color cartridges. Although the original cartridge worked fine this high capacity one did not. No matter how many times I ran the procedure to clean the nozzles it still had missing pixels in the verification output. Overall I find the Epson WP 4540 an economical printer when you want to have a general purpose printer and one that can be used creating photo album pages. Previous printers required a lot of attention in order for them to work properly. I'm sure Staples(Epson) will make good on the cartridge but it is a major inconvenience.

          I was quite surprised when I purchased my new Epson WP 4020 Printer. It had a new kind of printer cartridge. The cartridges are much larger than those previously used. This gives them a longer life - much longer. Yes, they do cost a bit more but they are worth it. I'm glad that I'm a Epson user.

          Black goes out first than this color which is a very vibrant blue. I use an Epson WP-4530 that the company bought at the end of 2011. I really really like this printer. It's very fast, prints nicely and the color is vibrant.

          Great ink just not enough of it. cartridge is much bigger than the amount of ink it holds. Time for manufacturers to do the right thing and give more ink in cartridges.
