I use my printer for both personal and business use as I have a home office. Thus, the small black cartridge is frustrating in the frequency it has to be replacd. The inexpensive cost of the cartridge is off-set by the frequency of making purhases as the black cartridge is the same size as the color cartridges. Most printers have a large black cartridge and regular size color cartridges. I have discovered that it is best to go ahead and buy two black cartridges when I need a replacement, which is when I replace my last one. The savings of the cost is lost in having to purchase more cartridges at the same time.

I expect it willl work fine, as it is the model required. Not installed yet.

Just a normal cartridge. NO problems at all.

I just now had to replace the starter ink cartridge and I feel that we printed a lot. The cost is much less than what I was paying with my old printer.

The people at Staples are very helpful. I'm not very savvy with any technology and they assist me with anything I request happily. The store where we buy all of our printers and computers is in Cold Spring, Ky.

At first I was just finding any printer for the best price...but it was great that this is an excellent product, the ink lasted a long time and on average, I use my printer 3-4 times a week. Overall I will give EPSON products a 10 out of 10.

Purchasing this ink cartridge from staples is easy and economical. While using our staples reward units the ink cartridge comes at a more than reasonable price. The in store help is of major concern while getting the product. The staff is professional and courteous in directing me to the area I need to find the product. While checking out the cashier is courteous and when I have a question about my purchase they answer it or get an associate that answers my questions entirely. Upon checking out I am advised of how to redeem any existing rewards and am given my receipt cheerfully and with a smile encouraging me to return for all my computer needs.
