I ordered this for keeping documents organized for a trade show we will exhibit at. It is so flimsy, and cheaply made that I would be embarassed to take it with me to the show, though it works fine for use at my desk. I have seen other folders of a similar concept that are plastic vs. paper, color separated in a more subtle way(tabs) and have far more durable construction for a way better price. Wish Quill stocked those.

I use this to organize crochet patterns. The product is well made and highly effective.

My only regret was that there was only 1 in stock in the store and they didn't know when they would receive more.

All-in-one portfolios are the best quick organizers. While working, I purchased one for each staff member and asked staffers to bring it to our meetings. They were told to come with no more than 2 pockets filled. At the meeting, material were passed out and could easily be organized/sorted, and filed when they returned to their worksites. We had very few lost papers.
I'm now retired, and I continue to use them a lot, so I always keep extras on hand. I take them to meetings/conferences, classes, and anywhere I need to organize my papers. A favorite is when making travel arrangements.

I cannot live without this organizer. Year after year I buy them faithfully every January. I organize my bank statements in one, household bills in another. Insurance documents in one, warranties in another. What can I say. It is the best household organizer out there! Oh and I also use it when it's tax time to put w2, and all those papers we all have to bring to accountant. It is durable enough to make it through all that filing all year long. The pockets hold 12 bank statements or credit card statements just fine.
