We had purchased numerous commercial vacuums that were outrageously priced and broke down all the time. Once we purcahsed the Eureka we had no problems, thank you for making such a vacuum that actually preforms the way it says and reasonable priced.

This product is used in the offices at a factory. It is great picking up steel chips on the rugs and floors. There is nothing bad to write about this product. Don't know how things got done without it.
