It does it's job - no warranty though
I have a small office so this works perfect for me, the battery had died though with in 6 mo of having it. I called Quill to get a replacement and they told me to call Eureka. When I called Eureka, they first told me that the warranty had ended last year, which is impossible because I bought it in Aug of '15. I had to then show proof that I bough the item when I said I did (understandable). This representative told me I was eligible for a replacement battery, and noted it. Thank goodness she did because the next person I talked to told me that since I was using it for commercial use I voided the warranty. I do not see anywhere in the information of this item on quill that says if used for commercial circumstances then the warranty is voided. Since the first rep told me i would get a replacement, the second honored that. Which was nice. I just wish that things like this had a disclaimer that if used for commercial, then the warranties are voided. I am assuming that 99% of people buying things on Quill are using them for their business, it makes sense to let them know a head of time.
