This is a good fax machine. It was easy to set up and is user friendly. My only issue is sometimes the automatic feeder takes more than one sheet and the fax has to be cancelled and resent or it says paper jam and stops the fax. I don't like the fact that I have to stand there to make sure it works if I need to fax something that has more than 5 pages.
