The fax machine is a great fax machine. My biggest complaint is with a TAD option, you would assume that it would have an answer machine on the unit itself. Makes great copies and faxes multiple sheets without worries. Had quite the time finding a single answer machine that worked with it. Most answer machines these days still only has to prongs attached whereas since you need to use it with this machine the one you have to choose has to have 4 metal prongs attached. If you just need a machine to fax and make copies it's worth the money. Just don't expect it to be able to hold your phone messages.

Not really sure yet haven't had it for too long, keypad seems very small and only has room for 22 numbers to program. Has phone book but difficult to get to.
