We love this shredder. We purchased it to use in our office, and one of the main requirements was that it was quiet. This does the job perfectly, without disturbing the neighboring offices (even with a crowded, narrow hallway). Works quickly and efficiently.

This is the first item from Quill that I am unhappy with. It only works for 8 minutes and then cools off for 20. I have an individual coming to the office once a week to shredd. Waste of time--

If you use the supplied bags for the bin, the static buildup causes pieces to fly out when the bin is opened making emptying a little messy.

This is a great shredder and I don't disrupt the entire office when I have to shred some documents, it is very quiet. Overall it's great for our everyday shredding, with easily shred between 1 to 10 sheets of paper.
