              I have purchased this item for most people in our office and we have loved them. They need to be replaced about every 2 years which is a good life for something you use every day, BUT they have changed them. I just purchased one and they are half the size and very hard now. They use to be so comfortable and very attractive on your desk, but now you may as well use a brick. I was about to need 6 more of these, but will not purchase this one again. Very dissapointed that they have changed them and would have paid the extra it took to make something that was comfortable and worth using. I hate that they have changed this product.
