The old cushion I had didn't support well and was impossible to keep on the chair - this one is made incredibly well, with heavy straps and elastic on the sides for ease of installing - once it's on it's there to stay. The bottom section is perfect, but for me the top could come out a bit more, it doesn't support my upper back. Of course that could be due to my build or the chair I'm using, it very well may fit you perfectly. I give it a 4 due to the upper support, but I highly recommend for anyone who spends a lot of time sitting.

This product is amazing! I've tried several other back support products, and they either slide around and don't stay put, or the don't give the proper support in the right places, or they deflate or get squished and no longer support properly. After getting tired of my back hurting and hunching over from sitting all day, I was looking for something to help correct my posture and give proper support, and I found exactly what I was looking for in this product!

I ordered one support and it never stayed in place. I had to adjust it more than actually receiving a benefit. Very aggrevating. This support hits my lumbar AND upper back. It hits every stressed point in my back. I had several car accidents where I was rear-ended and have a considerable amount of arthritis. This support stays in place! It's the best support I've had in my 24 years as an administrative assistant!

I like the low back support. But I do not like the upper part. The upper middle part just feels uncomfortable, I think I would like it if it only had the lower back support. But the upper part cancels out the lower back benefit. I plan to return it. Maybe it will fit a different chair better.
