I work in the accounting/payroll department and use this shredder several times a day. I love it. There has been a time or two when I overloaded the shredder when I was in a hurry. It cleared its own jams. The only negative thing that I can say is that sometimes the shredded paper falls behind the bin and you have to clean it up before you can close the bin after emptying it.

GREAT BUY FOR THE PRICE, JUST NOT HAPPY WITH THE BIN. THE PAPER BEING SHREDDED DOESN'T DISPURSE EVENLY IN THE BASKET AND MAKES THE MACHINE STOP AND SAY THAT IT IS FULL.

Love this new 'jam proof' model! Graduating colored light scale helps you gauge sheet capacity. It actually stops, resets itself, and starts up again to 'power through' misfed papers. Shreds much faster than our MS-460Cs model and hasn't overheated on big jobs. Slightly louder, but still quite acceptable, even in a small office setting. Long and slender shape fits nicely in narrow spaces beside desk or cabinets. Great shred for the buck!

I am very disappointed in that this product does not work at all. I called Fellowes and instead of sending a new one, I have to spend so much time on the phone with them and then I have to call a service company, wait for them and then wait for them to order parts, etc. etc. Very, very unprofessional.
