Fellowes oil for shredder works very well with machine when applied as instructed by manufacturer immediately after emptying bin contents and then pressing blue icon for 1 minute to allow Fellowes shredder to be adequately lubricated. So far, I am very pleased with shredder's performance because of the consistent application of the Fellowes' shredder oil lubricant.

Obviously using liquid lubricant will be messier than the lubricating sheets, but this will do MUCH more lubricating than the few sheets one can buy at a time, for a much more economical cost.

I wish that the opening was smaller but overall this is doing exactly what I expected it to do. Shredding now is less noisy and it seems to make a cleaner cut.
