In unfamiliar states and cites -- Montana, Wyoming, Colorado -- I would have been terribly lost,, especially at night, without the Garmin 50. Should have bought it a week earlier so I wouldn't be a newbie with it during the trip. Often, screen touch was too sensitive and If I just brushed it, I'd be on a new screen and would have to pull over to safely get back to where I was on the Garmin.

I invest in land and sometimes all I have to go with to find the property is the Latitude and Longitude coordinates. The Garmin NuVi 50 allowed me to plug in the Lat. and Long. and directed me right to the parcel.

Love the one time free map update feature, this one only comes with 50 states, no Canada or Mexico. A simple and reliable GPS, found the speed camera feature really helpful, saved my lives and avoid tickets.
