Sometimes it will shred all the paper, and sometimes it just stops for no reason. Also, it will not shred papers that are folded if you lay them in the bin. The bin is small, so you must empty it all the time.

This shredder will automatically cross-cut shred up to 100-Sheet and all you have to do is load the stack into the top of the machine, press auto then walk away, letting the shredder t\do all the work. Or you can stack all your personal information until you have a good size stack when you're ready to shred. It saves time and is a great addition for home use and/or an office. This shredder is a mid-range price which makes it an affordable way to protect your privacy and confidence in reducing the risk of identity theft.

I was really excited about getting this shredder, because you could stack documents inside and shred up to 100 sheets at a time. I was looking forward to being able to multi-task while shredding. Well, I'm lucky if I get 10 sheets to shred at a time, I have to constantly babysit it, and it is definitiely NOT quiet. Due to the return policy, I guess I am stuck with it until it dies... not cool. Counted on Swingline being high quality, but am seriously disappointed.

This shredder works great, but unless you plan on buying their (expensive) pre-fitted bags to empty each time (and it fills up quickly!), it's a bit messy when emptying.

I've read many reviews about this shredder and the best one I read made me buy it and I'm so glad I did. Read the directions before you use it and you will have no problems with it. I have a small business and I use it a lot and it works great. Well worth the money.

This shredder has ease of operation and is extremely durable. The bin is large so the shredder does not have to be emptied very often. A paper shredder bag was included with the purchase; however, I did not find it to be useful and I would not purchase that accessory. Also, I believe that the ability to self-feed 100-pages is over-rated. When I purchased the shredder from Staples, it was considered to be a close-out, but I was elated to get such a fine product at an affordable price. I keep it in the garage so that I can easily shred the junk mail and items that include personal information.

I bought this cause I usually shred about 20 - 40 pcs of paper at a time, This thing is very sensitive, you have to sit with it to make it shred. Not happy at all.
