This machine is loud and it is slow shredding. Every time we empty it, paper pieces get all over. The bin has sharp edges so we can't put a plastic bag in it without ripping it.

It jammed or stopped working within the first week of use. [...] In our office we shred junk mail and other recyclable papers, including confidential documents, but not in high volume. This shredder should have been able to handle our limited use.
