I was trying to order pouches that were 5mil; however, got these that were 10 mil because I did not verify the product number -- Quill was great about accepting the return and I did get the replacements in a timely manner. My machine just will not do thicker than 5 mil.

I like the choices of weight. For display signs we can go light, and for documents to be presented we can go heavy. The cost difference between a laminating company and Quill is no comparison. Quill wins, hands down.
