I haven't even used the product yet, but this is the second Quartet product that I am not happy with (see other's reviews of cork tiles!). The two magnets shown in picture are attached with adhesive for packaging purposes. The adhesive is so strong that the plastic magnet cover came off of the magnet, but the magnet is still stuck to board!! I finally get the magnet off, nicking the board in the process, and I still can't get adhesive off of board. Customer service said if warm soapy water doesn't work I could buy an adhesive remover. I'm not buying another product to make the first product work! Then I find the same sticky adhesive on the markers, so I have to try and scrub those too. Quartet's packaging has turned me off before I've even used the product!
