In our office there are five people on the phone most of the day. We have to refer to several paper items that are located on different desks and tables. I bought three of these cords, and it made it so much more convenient for all of us to reach all the documents that were required when talking to our customers and drivers. I intend to buy two more for the other people in the other office. Thank you so much for the availability of this product.

Bought these to replace old cords that tangled, well these are even worse then the old ones. Only reason we purchased them was because your customer service rep told us they were great and wouldn't do that.Very dissatisfied

I'm not loving this, the cord tangled shortly after using it even with the GE Telephone Cord Detangler. I'm constantly on the phone and it's a pain to have to keep untangling the cord every time I pick up the phone.
