The phone cord no longer tangles but our phones have been shorting out and giving us shocks every since we installed them. Never had any problems before we put these on our phones.

wouldn't stay plugged in and came apart after only one month

We have Nortel phones and had to put the adapter onto the headset. On all 3 phones we used it on, it caused a crackling noise whenever you moved and the sound cut in and out. Maybe it would have worked better on the bottom of the phone, but they didn't fit there.

I bought a package of three, tried them on 5 different office phones and none of them worked properly. Would not hold the connection. Flimsy. Terrible. I threw them all away and wasted my money.

I am a career phone cord tangler. My IT department got tired of replacing my cords and got this for me. So simple! It's been a month and not a tangle in sight!

Only took 2 minutes for one of them to break. Doesn't swivel very well so the phone cord still gets tangled.
