Installed in our kitchen. Very easy to install and like the fact that the amount dispensed is adjustable. The paper is absorbent enough to not have to use more than 1 sheet. I believe this will save money by using less of the product. We are going to get additional dispensers to install in our bathrooms also. Like the quality of the dispensers and the paper. I believe the 500' roll is a better value. Got a very good price on the dispenser also. On sale for half price as stated in the catalog. So made it an even better deal.

These are really good looking and made our restrooms look a little bit more modern. As far as construction, we'll see how well they last. They appear a bit flimsy, but we could be fooled. They have held up so far. Loading the rolls is a bit cumbersome - there is not much space to load the roll and get the towels started. The batteries seem to last a while. I was afraid I would have to constantly be replacing them, but have not had that problem.
All in all, a good value and a nice item for our business.

I ordered 12 of these dispensers for my fire department. Three of them failed in the first two months!! Absolutely unacceptable. Please look for a better product before you buy!!

We installed 2 of these 8 months ago, and have had no problems. I was skeptical at first as I read the negative reviews, but these were on sale for 50% off so I thought I would give them a try.
What do you have to lose.... Staples will take them back if they do not work properly.

I purchased two dispensers for our church. Both dispense about 3 feet at a time. When I contacted Staples they told me to contact the manufacturer. I did not purchase it directly from the manufacturer. I was not pleased at all.

We bought 15 of these for our new building 7 months ago. So far all are working great. You HAVE to use the specific towels called out by the manufacturer. If you don't, the thing won't work. Additionally, sometimes the roll that it comes with wont dispense correctly. As if the rollers can't catch the paper. It has something to do with that specific roll. I take the roll out and switch it with another roll in the dispenser next to it, and it works. No idea why, but it happens. These used to be [$] a pop, so we grabbed a bunch. Again, very good design, 3 paper length settings, and its durable.Even with the dispensing short coming, you can't find a better dispenser if you have space limitations. Also other dispensers just look ugly.
