We are in a small office with two desks and decided it was time to purchase new chairs that matched. These were the most uncomfortable chairs we have ever had in this office. They may look nice, but make you feel like you are going to fall off the front of the chair! Luckily the company we purchased from took them back and we ordered a different brand! Would not suggest to anyone.

I bought this chair because I have back problems and it was the only lumbar support chair under $300, and I am so glad I did. It helps me to remember to sit correctly and not constantly lean forward, and I can adjust the lumbar support so that I can be the most comfortable. I would recommend to everyone.

I like this chair since I sit alot working on the computer and since having this chair here I have no issues with my back or tailbone bothering me cause my other chair was like sitting on a board the cushion on this is superior and there is adjustment allow the chair fit the contour of your back. when they say its extended comfort there right for setting long periods, which is a plus if you sit alot.

never had problem with my back.

after using this for 1 yr, i started having chronic back pains (both upper and lower). AWFUL padding, awful posture, awful everything. pump is a joke, it doesn't pump up more than 2mm.

head rest is way too far in the back that it is extremely useless... you have to tilt your head all the way back to rest on it....

awkard back padding (on 2 sides??!!) that makes your shoulder squirm and make your whole body squirm...

seat is not deep enough and not padded enough....

DO NOT BUY!!

This chair is a definite improvement over the three previous chairs I had in my office. I have a chronic back pain. After I sit in this chair, my pain is substantially less. The chair is not at all causing the pain.
