This chair is so comfortable. I sit at my desk for 12 hours a day and I have had issues with leg and back pains. The very first day of using this chair I don't have pain anymore.

I sit at my desk working on a computer for sometimes 14 hrs a day, 5-6 days a week. I have 2 herniated lumbar disks and was scheduled for back surgery because of the pain and numbness in my legs.

After about 2 hrs of sitting at my desk I would be practically in tears from the back pain. Until I saw the reviews for this chair and thought wow it's worth a try!

Have had this for about 2 weeks....and my back pain is SO improved I could cancel surgery! I was in this chair for 14 hours straight yesterday and at the end of the day I was FINE!

I am only 5'4" and have very short legs so the smaller seat depth and excellent lumbar support are perfect.

I had tried other "petite" chairs but they didn't have enough good padding on the seat to prevent my pelvis bones from pressing on the nerves that run down to my legs. This chair has excellent padding and seat support.

I have already recommended this chair to other members of my telecommute team!

ordered chair online for free delivery to a local Staples store, it was shipped promptly and received at the store in a few short days.
With a 14 day return policy, the sight unseen online purchase was not a gamble. The store assembled the chair in about 30 minutes. The mesh back is airy and ergonomically shaped for excellent back support,the leather covered seat is real quality with air perforations in the back half. Larger, big frame people might find this particular model chair too compact and not quite suitable as a larger executive size chair with similar features. Staples online offers a much wider variety of office-desk chairs than carried in store, it pays to get a chair with the exact features that you want opposed to limiting your choice from just the selection of chairs on display. Cost with tax came in just under $200, and this chair is money well spent.

This is the chair I sit in all day at work. It has firm support, but not hard as a rock so it is comfortable. Wish it leaned back a little easier and would like to adjust the lower back support a bit, but for the most part it is a very nice chair.

We had purchased one of these chairs at Staples 8 years ago and have been very happy with it. Two years ago we ordered another Staples chair that looked like the first one, but returned it because it definitely was not the same, nor as well-made. We found this one by doing a catalogue search for the series number on the bottom of the chair we bought 8 years ago, and are very happy to have found our old model still in the catalogue. Really a comfortable and long-lasting chair!

This took me less than 10 minutes to put together from opening the box to sitting in it for the first time. It is quite comfortable. I am a returning graduate student, and will be spending a LOT of time on my computer and at my desk. This was necessary. Seeing how I live in FL, I wanted the mesh back, but also wanted the taller back for support as well. This chair has it all. And while some of the "adjustability" isn't with just a flip of a lever, it still can easily be done. I am VERY pleased with this chair, and know it will get me through my entire 2 year program and onto my doctorate.

Thank you for a great piece of office/school furniture!
