        This is my favorite office paper. Over the years I've used it extensively with my HP LaserJet printers, and I've never had a jam.

        And yes, it looks nice. What catches my attention, though, is the cool weight and delightful smoothness. It communicates substance.

        The lovely 32 lb. weight is too heavy for casual correspondence. Save this paper for times when you need to catch someone's attention without resorting to metallic accents, "tasteful" graphic elements, and neon colors.

        This paper's opaque quality makes it perfect for documents that will be photocopied or scanned. As for holding up over time, I recently unearthed half a ream from some distant era (1995?). It was as bright as my newest ream and worked flawlessly in my laser printer. I can't tell the old from the new. If you haven't tried this paper, I recommend it highly.

            This is the most perfect and affordable paper for printing your own double-sided color trifold brochures if you have a small business. It is very smooth, prints sharp, and doesnt show through, folds well, and gives a very professional quality look and substantial "feel".

                        Back when I worked in a large corporation, I bought a ream of this paper for largely experimental purposes. I was curious how people would respond to the crisp effect of laser printing on this ultra-smooth, heavy stock. And I'd swear: when I used it, people actually read what I wrote, and they seemed to take the content more seriously.

                        We're far more jaded about printing quality these days, but this paper still catches people's attention. The 32 lb. weight is a little heavy for day-to-day use, but it's still perfect for making an understated impression: for resumes and those letters that you really want someone to read. It's cool to the touch and more substantial than the 24 and 28 lb. stock that we're used to handling. Laser text floats nicely on the page.

                        And finally... more than a decade after I left work, I found what was left of my ream languishing on a shelf last year. It looked and felt as pristine as the day I bought it--and my (much newer) printer had no trouble with it. In terms of quality, value, and longevity, it's pretty amazing!

                        Staples needs to STOCK THIS PAPER!!! They stock a similar paper in the "store brand", but it is not as good and COSTS MORE!! Someone listening here from Staples??? When it arrived the package was NOT cushioned whatsoever and the paper was nearly damaged. SO---package your items better for shipment - AND - STOCK the paper!
