Our Company Owner needed a replacement clip holder for one he'd had for several years. We bought this item and within 4 uses it snapped right in half when he was opening the clip holder in the middle of a meeting. Not only was he embarassed to have his pad snap in half in front of clients, but also very disappointed with such a poor product.

The first time I used it was in cold weather. When I opened it the spine cracked and separated. Only got one use. Not worth the money.

The design is fine for my purposes, but the construction of this padfolio is somewhat flimsy -my opinion is that this item is a little overpriced, and I fear it will not wear well.
