The drawers shreek when opened and closed, and quite often do not close completely. The lock does not catch well. I have used many Hon products over the years and expected much better quality based on past experience. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

Had a difficult time finding the right filing cabinet - needed 2 std drawers and 1 file drawer. This one said it could only be returned if defective - that concerned me before I ordered it, but I couldn't find a better option elsewhere so I ordered it. Should have kept looking - this filing cabinet is not well made - cost way more than it is worth. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
