Staples wanted $8 to ship this to me. But it was free shipping if I picked it up in the store. The wait to pick it up was over 20 minutes unfortunately, because apparently the one person authorized or trained to process orders in Monona Wisconsin was "with a customer" the whole time. the cleark at the register paged several times, and apologized to me profusely. It's silly that they couldn't just get the item for me, that some manager or whatever had to check me out just because I ordered ahead online.

This is a great and sturdy lock - would expect nothing less from Hon - but not completely adaptable to other brands of file cabinets. I did get it installed, however.
