The picture associated with this product selection is decieving, by putting a full book shelf you think you are getting a book shelf unless you read the fine print under description, which I'm sure is never done since online ordering is supposed to be quick and easy not an investigation of products, Not to mention the doors cost [$] yep thats right [$], who would pay [$] for two doors??? that are particle board not even real wood???? Anyway was very frustrated even though my experiences with Quill have been impeckable these last few orders have left alot to be desired in the packaging department and the online ordering department, I mean receiving one box alone full of products with a ENTIRE tub of folgers coffee dumped in the box, we received a second one the exact same way!!!!!. Lastly I did receive credits for the doors, and the coffee but not after I was billed a second time for the coffee. But I'm staying Quill, You do have great products and service, just think somehow my orders these last few times must have went to the space center for processing. Thanks for the opportunity to vent and comment ! C. Chamberlain
