When I received the product, I noticed that the packaging was slightly open across the top as if it had been cut with a blade or something like that. I ordered specific quantity and needed specific quantity as well. Unfortuantely, there were 13 sheets of paper missing, odd number but true. We had an event the very next day so was using the paper for programs. Too late to return, did not have time as we had to make programs. Quill needs to do better Quality Control checks of product. Overall, product itself good but we obviously overpaid for a product that did not come with the promised quantity.
