Getting it out of the box and onto the table was a great deal more difficult than loading the program, total set-up, and then printing. Have only had for about ten days so too early to tell about toner consumption but the print quality has been very good. Durability and reliability appear solid. Had to spend a few minutes re-establishing the spacing for pre-printed business checks but that was purely a problem internal to the business program not the printer per se. Once done, pre-printed checks look great. Although have not yet used it to print pictures, etc., am basicially quite satisfied with purchase and think it worth the price.

I purchased this printer to replace a broken Ricoh color LaserJet. I like it so much I purchased a 2nd one for my home office. Fast, high quality prints. I mostly print text, not photos. Perfect for my needs.

Very dissappointed with the print quality of graphics. I am not trying to print photos here, just business docs with graphics for charts, graphs, logos, etc that are not crisp in contrast. Compared to a 4 year old model from another manufacturer with half the memory this does not print as high quality.
